    Overview:

    The HRRecruiter for Bulk Hirings/BPO plays a pivotal role in sourcingattracting assessing and hiring qualified candidates for highvolumepositions within the BPO sector. This role is crucial in ensuringthat the organizations staffing needs are met efficiently andeffectively contributing to the overall success of the BPOoperations.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand staffing needs and developrecruitment strategies for bulk hiring.
    • Sourcepotential candidates through online channels job fairs andnetworking.
    • Review and screen resumes toidentify qualified candidates for bulk hiringpositions.
    • Conduct preliminary interviews andassess candidates skills and culturalfit.
    • Coordinate and schedule assessment centersand mass interviews.
    • Manage the endtoendrecruitment process for highvolumeroles.
    • Ensure compliance with BPO industryregulations and HR best practices.
    • Build andmaintain a talent pipeline for future hiringneeds.
    • Report on recruitment metrics andprovide insights to optimize the hiringprocess.
    • Collaborate with the HR team toenhance employer branding and recruitmentmarketing.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as an HR recruiter ina highvolume recruitment environment.
    • Strongunderstanding of BPO industry recruitment trends andchallenges.
    • Proficiency in applicant trackingsystems and recruitment software.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic BPOenvironment.
    • Knowledge of employment law and HRbest practices.
    • Proactive and resultsorientedmindset with the ability to meet tightdeadlines.
    • Experience in conducting largescaleassessment centers and mass interviews.
    • Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
