    Ecolab is seeking a Commercial & Site Leaderfor its Ecolab Global Intelligence Center team in Pune, India to lead the strategy, capability building and operational growth of this highly diverse team of customer facing remote engineers and value creation partners. Ecolab Global Intelligence Center (EGIC) is a vital team in Water & Hygiene division of Ecolab team. This is a team of Chemical, Petrochemical, Environmental and Mechanical Engineers who remotely analyse the customer assets and provides actionable insights to the customer and field team leveraging Connected Chemistry + Connected IoT + Connected Minds + Connected Intelligence = Exponential Value Delivered.

    The successful candidate will lead the commercial initiatives focused on creating paths to monetization as well assupport the business and operations of the EGIC team in itscontinued expansion of capabilities, and growth across the enterprise Ecolab divisions.

    What You Will Do:

  • Drive Talent Strategy from hiring, onboarding, and training of 150+ EGIC associates in cross-functional and industry roles.
  • Work with the EGIC Marketing and Value Delivery Teams to deploy EGIC+ and Remote Intelligence at scaleto achieve digital plan.
  • Drive operational excellence using top technology to drive efficiencies, maintain highest SLA (Service Level Agreements) standards to deliver world class customer satisfaction
  • Develop internal stakeholder relationships with key business partners in divisions to strategize GTM monetization paths for the digital services across Ecolab enterprise to continue evolution of team to maximize customer value and field impact
  • Workforce planning – resourcing and talent needs of the EGIC team aligned with the global business strategy.
  • Partner with HR business partners to drive Humu engagement action items.
  • Partner with regional & global ITCs (Industry Technical Consultant) and technical experts to build technical acumen within the EGIC team aligned with vision of EGIC.
  • Work with global partners and digital leads to support enterprise programs
  • Develop hi-po talents based on their interest areas and strengths aligned with their development goals (IDPs)Lead the marketing team in EGIC and focus on EGIC brand, value communication & launch efforts globally (Internal & external customers)
  • Develop KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure and track the performance of our efforts against customer, business, and financial categories.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent with strong digital acumen with 15-20 years of commercial & operations experience working in B2B.
  • Self-motivated learner with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence people and navigate through complex global organizational structures; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Successful experiences inrecruiting and developing people.
  • Expertise in working and been a part of large, diverse organizations.
  • Workhours to support multipleglobal time zones
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Marketing or business or management programs with strong digital acumen with 15+ years on digital selling/commercial experience working in B2B.
  • MBA, preferably in Marketing or Sales Experience/marketing experience in Business-to-business
  • Expertisein leading global teams and been a part of large, diverse matrixed organizations.
  • Experience in strategy creation,rollout and/or implementation of digital tools and/or services.
  • Critical thinking, customer first mind set, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results.
  • Good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Experience with wide range of marketing tools, including strategic and tactical product/service marketing capabilities.
  • Field experience – worked in chemical or speciality industries
