YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS

You work as a technical expert within our aioneers Pre-Sales team and collaborate with our Sales and Account Activation teams to identify value opportunities at our customers and partners.
Specifically, as part of the Discovery process, you engage closely with prospective customers to understand their business pain points and technical requirements, as well as how our software AIO can best address those by defining a solution proposal and roadmap.
In close collaboration with our Product team, you take ownership for the design, setup and maintenance of our product demos and use cases, which you also showcase as part of presentation sessions towards customers
You undertake "Proof of Value" assessments, in which we validate the value opportunity and technical feasibility of our software solution together with our customers.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you act as a technical expert towards the customer's IT to clarify detailed requirements in terms of data, infrastructure and cybersecurity to shape the solution and move the deal forward along the sales process.

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or (Business) Informatics
5+ years of work experience in an analytical and customer-facing role with the objective to demonstrate value through data analysis and business improvements
Strong expertise in implementing SaaS applications with experience in Python and object-oriented programming, ETL processes & scripts, SQL knowledge
Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Management (Demand/Supply Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management)
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks, scopes and timelines
Comfortable collaborating with prospects and customers, as well as product and engineering teams
Proactive mindset and initiative, ability to take ownership of tasks and make independent decisions when necessary
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
Experience is Sales or Pre-Sales is a plus
Experience in Plotly / Dash, QlikSense / QlikView and / or other BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.) is a plus
