    Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Production Support

    Responsibilities
    . Production support and Management of Applications hosted on windows & Linux production environment.
    . Administer, troubleshoot and execute Change Requests for web applications hosted on windows & Linux production servers.
    . Website Hosting, Code deployment on application production servers.
    . Follow SOP%27s and resolve tickets as per SLA in ITSM System.
    . Documentation of SOP%27s, AID, ORD and Knowledge Management base with regular reviews.
    . Automation of regular production activities using scripting languages like PowerShell or Automation tools.
    . Should have sound knowledge on ITIL Concepts
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications
    . Bachelor%27s Degree required.
    . Work experience in area of operations/ production support environment from IT/ ITMS/ ITES industry.
    . Should be proficient with Linux and Apache web hosting.
    . Knowledge of Windows 2016/2019 and later versions of Server Administration - Candidates must have experience on IIS.
    . Basic SQL knowledge required.
    . Should have strong knowledge on ITSM tools, Incident management, Change management and Release management.
    . Should be flexible in working rotational shifts 24/7.
    . Should be keen learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    . Knowledge of Cloud, Microservices and AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, WAF, etc.,) is preferable.

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
    . PowerShell scripting is added advantage.
    . Good to have Linux trained and Windows certifications.
    . Excellent communication skills to interact with Business users and Operations teams.
    . Willingness to learn and work on newer areas of technologies and projects.
