    Description

    Job Description :

    • Document system architecture, system configurations, and technical operational processes.
    • Document issues with applications, technologies, and infrastructure.
    • service reliability and meet customer SLAs.
    • vulnerability fixes reported from Qualys tool.
    • To lead all technical operations in the assigned shift and should also be helping and collaborating with the team.
    • For implementing the new cloud features and technology, with the application architects to design the cloud infrastructure as per requirement.
    • The periodic assessment of the infra-architecture and adapt/propose latest solutions for the ongoing projects.
    • Client requirements and optimize Cloud services architecture for performance and cost.
    • Own the technical roadmap for relevant service lines and backlog to ensure consistent architecture.
    • Meeting the SLA for infrastructure as agreed in client contracts.
    • Ownership of the infra related issues and priority incidents/problem.
    • Best practices for cloud infrastructure across the company.
    • Guide the team in all infrastructure related issues and provide technical trainings and act as advisory consultant.

    Cloud Knowledge:

    • experience in Cloud / traditional infrastructure administration and should have worked in SME/architect role.
    • have an in-depth knowledge on AWS / OCI or any other leading cloud platform services architecture and features.
    • have good understating on the application and infra correlation on 3 tier architecture.
    • have architected complete cloud infrastructure for projects (traditional and Kubernetes).
    • 5 years of experience in AWS/OCI.
    • knowledge and exposure in Kubernetes and its architecture.
    • knowledge and exposure in Cloud based Load Balancers and WAF.
    • on OCI, Rogers and Azure will be an added advantage.
    • implementation knowledge on Cloud Security services is key.
    • have coding exposure to serverless computing (Lamda, functions, etc.)

    Automation:

    • knowledge and exposure in Terraform and ANSIBLE.
    • have exposure to tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Qualys and Site24x7 etc.
    • knowledge on devops environment
    • knowledge on shell scripting and python will be an added advantage.
    • on cloud native automation capabilities such as Lambda and Functions.

    OS:

    • Hands-on Linux systems administration skills, in cloud and/or on-premises environment.
    • On other Linux flavors is an added advantage.
    • Basics on Software defined network concepts, Firewall and Cloud Storage platforms.
    • OS (Linux) troubleshooting skills.

    Additional Requirements:

    • To create and do presentations relevant to business strategy.

    Should be able to create project plans.

    • To work with globally distributed team and collaborate.
    • and mentor junior team members.
    • Willing to work in flexible hours/shifts and work weeks.
    • Flexible to extend shift as per business requirements.
    • have exposure to ITIL processes.
