    Sales Executive the key point of contact between an organization and its clients for answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

    Endo Mechanical and Intelligent Devices (EMID) offering a complete line of innovative surgical products that includes access and trocar instruments, open and laparoscopic staplers, ligation devices and hand instruments, plus powered and intelligent surgical devices. The products are :

    · Laparascopic Surgery Products, SingleIncision

    A Day in the Life

    · Achievingsecondarysalestargetsmonthonmonth( How-be presentinOTs at least 4 times a week, 4 quality sales calls every day, Key account management, key account profiles for top 5 accounts in the respective territory)

    · AchievingFocusproducttargets–bothquantityandvalue–monthonmonth ( How - OT presence- 4times a week, minimum of 4 sales calls per day, collecting data on competitive product usage and types of surgeries performed,productdemonstrations,proactiveproductevaluations)

    · AccountManagement:DrivingsalestargetsfortheassignedClassofTrade (COT).

    · Customer relationshipmanagement

    · Recommendingandorganizingmarketingactivities

    · Establishinglong-termmedical-scientific/strategicrelationshipswithKey Opinion Leaders(KOL's) and with related major medical associations and academicCentersofExcellence(COE's)

    · Acting as a medical-scientific expert between Covidien and the medical community through the communication of medical-scientific evidence-based data.

    · Organizing CME's () and other marketing activities as approved by the marketing team in conjunction with the RegionalManagers.

    · Timelyreportingof weeklyreportsandtrackersforfocusproducts .

    Must Have – Minimum Requirements

    · 1-4 years of experience is required

    · BachelorinScience/BE inBiomedicalEngineering

    · PG degreeinBusinessManagementispreferred

    · CandidatewithhighestqualificationasDiplomaordegreefromDistance educationnottobeconsideredfortherole

    · ExperienceofhandlingaConceptsellingbasedTherapy

    · Exceptional interpersonalskills.

    · Computerliteracyincludingsound knowledgeoftheMSOfficesuiteof software.

    · Willingto travel extensively

    · Ideallydemonstratedsuccessinasalesfunctionof technical equipment.
