- To handle maintenance of TG's, DG and Solar in co-ordination with TPP operation team. Continuously strive to achieve highest efficiency, availability and lowest auxiliary power consumption.
- He should be familiar with AFBC, CFBC, WHRS and Solar equipment's.
- He should be familiar with DM water generation equipment's.
- He should be familiar with coal handling plant with coal reclaimer circuit.
- He should be able to prepare generation and auxiliary power consumption report.
- He should have good communication skill for coordinating maintenance with mechanical, technical cell, civil and operation department.
- He should have knowledge and experience of getting approval for electrical installation through CEI.
- He should be aware of the electrical rules and regulation.

- He should be able to carry out maintenance/overhauling and troubleshooting of HT/LT and AC/DC motor.
- He should have sound knowledge of maintenance/overhauling and troubleshooting generator, transformers, MCC, PCC and HT feeders.

- He should be able to maintain daily maintenance log book and Check list of equipment.
- He should be able to co-ordinate daily maintenance activity with wage board and contractor employees.
- He should have analytical approach and problem solving nature.
- To do resource planning i.e. effective utilization of resources, spares planning & inventory control & timely planning of spares for the job planned.
- Implementation of ABG safety standards and visual improvement in safety in each activity.
- Able to lead and guide team of E&I engineers, electricians, and instrument technicians
- Exposure on team management in project as well as for daily maintenance activities
- Able to negotiate with venders
- Able to communicate with venders for E&I requirement.
- Sound knowledge of maintenance of power plant equipment's i.e. generator, generator transformer, distribution transformer, invertor transformer, AVR, ESP, HT/LT motor, Battery Charger & bank, LT/MV VFD.

- Emergency power restoration during black out condition.

Job Context: Rajashree Cement Works is one of the single largest cement plants with an installed capacity to produce 4.7 million tons of cement /annum with captive power plant (58.2 MW) and mines, employing approximately 850 people.
