    Description
    What you'll do


    The IT Development Specialist focuses upon the development of applications / products in line with the technology roadmap and IT Development Specialist delivers development of programme logic for new applications / products or analysis and modification of logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing).

    Typically reports to the Senior IT Development Manager of the Head of Technology.
    Who you are

    ABAP Skills:

    Proficient in designing and developing, data dictionary objects, data elements, domains, structures, views, lock objects, search helps and in formatting the output of SAP documents with multiple options.

    Expertise in modifying standard layout sets in SAP Scripts, Smart forms & Adobe FormsWorking knowledge on ABAP Object Oriented Programming.

    Development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Reports)Experience in Object oriented programming techniques, REST API, API, RFC (Remote Function Call)Exposure to web services and web applications.

    Understanding of IDOCs.
    Strong debugging skills.
    Expertise in BADIs, Userexits, Enhancement techniques.
    Knowledge of SAP notes implementation.
    Experience in Integrations with 3rd party systems with technologies like IDOCs, RFCs, files , scripts etc.
