Hiring for CA industrial trainee (JD attached below for both R2R & FP&A):

This paid internship offers young professionals valuable accounting experience in the AI Networking industry. After completing training and passing your CA finals, you can apply for a full-time role.

Important :

Before applying, ensure you meet the following criteria:
You are eligible for Industrial training per ICAI rules (in or soon starting the 3rd year of articleship).
You must be in Bengaluru for the training (not virtual). Relocation expenses are not covered.

Follow a hybrid setup:
three days in the office, two days from home, working five days a week.
Your email subject should include your first and last name, and your final exam attempt.
You will undergo an interview for final selection.

JD1:
Record to Report

Record to Report team is part of the Global Business Services and constitutes the below sub-teams and activities:

General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease accounting and Intercompany – Closure of worldwide books as per US GAAP Accounting (Approximately 139 entities of Juniper Networks).

Revenue - Revenue assurance, accounting, and recognition as per US GAAP.

Statutory & Compliance - Statutory accounting & compliance with the local statutory reporting norms, direct & related laws/regulations of subsidiaries of Juniper Networks.

Activities to be performed:
Preparation of financial statements, audit and filing thereof.
Preparation of income tax working in discussion with local service providers.
Understanding Juniper's internal process and policies for financial accounting and reporting.
Accounting - Understanding the applicable accounting framework, reviewing the contracts/underlying support, and preparing journal entries.
Month-close, quarter-close close and year-end activities.
Analyzing the balance sheet and profit or loss line items and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
Liaising with auditors to resolve audit queries.
Driving process improvements and automation projects.
Working on applicable SEC reporting, SOX / Internal control, and local filings.
Adherence to the internal and external timelines.

Skill Set:
Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, accounting principles and application thereof in practical situations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good Communication Skills.
Knowledge on US GAAP/ IFRS is an added advantage.
Team player and should have can-do attitude.
