    Summary: Weare looking for a candidate with 5 years experience in fundoperations to lead operations compliance and reporting for ourupcoming debt funds in India and UAE.
    Aceler8our family of funds is tailormade for Asia s Digital SMEs throughheavy usage of technology at all stages of the investment process.Our first fund is fully raised and deployed. We are now setting upnew funds in India and UAErespectively.
    Thisis an excellent opportunity for a midcareer professional in fundoperations seeking to accelerate their career growth by leadingfund operations for multiple funds across multiple geographies andseeing endtoend journeys of multiple funds. You will get to workdirectly with pioneers in the debt fund industry in India andUAE.
    Responsibilities
    • Ensureadherence to regulatory requirements under all fund regimes that Klub s funds operate in starting withIndia and UAE (e.g SEBI reporting FSRAreporting)
    • Work with Fund Administrators toensure accurate and transparent accountingreporting and audit at all points intime.
    • Build processes forinvestment and cashmanagement (e.g. disbursement tracking treasuryactivities) and embody strong custodianship of Fund LPs capital tooptimise their returns.
    • Respond toqueries from the Fund LPs (e.g. NAVstatement of account) at high speed and accuracy in order to createa bestinclass LP experience.
    • Manage a smallteam of Associates who will be responsible fordaytoday fund operations. Invest in their professional developmentandgrowth.
    Expectations
    • 5years work experience in fund operations of a credit fund whereinyou have managed compliance and reporting (NAV SoA). Must haveexperience leading fund operations in at least one of India orUAE.
    • High attention to detail and ability toensure the accuracy of information by setting up suitable systemsand processes.
    • Strong written communicationskills including the ability to write brief tothepoint andactionable emails to internal and externalstakeholders.
    • Comfort with numbers MicrosoftExcel financial modelling and projections. Should be able toundertake complex calculations and simulations.
    • Exceptional project management skills incl.managing multiple threads at the same time and providing visibilityto managers through trackers updatesetc.
