    Description
    • Closely coordinating and interacting with internal teams like production PPC stores to ensure uninterrupted supply of material requirements
    • Resolving concerns for components raised by quality department at incoming stage
    • Managing various commodities like casting, packing materials, wooden boxes, regular fasteners, fan & motor, etc.
    • Regularly updating reports and MIS of SCM for smooth coordination with stores
    • Monthly planning, releasing purchase orders timely, ensuring accuracy in POs, and scheduling & monitoring supplies
    • Ensuring physical stock aligns with inventory norms set by the function
    • Tracking demand/supply dynamics of raw materials and following up regularly
    • Checking and preparing accurate SCM documents, forwarding them to stores and accounts departments
    • Creating purchase orders and following up for on-time receipt of materials
    • Initiating and monitoring supplier development, visiting vendor sites for follow-ups and timely material deliveries to meet deadlines

    Candidate Profile

    • Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel
    • Capable of planning and sourcing materials at competitive costs
    • Basic understanding of costing and value addition of components
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

    Skills Required: Supply Chain Management, Export Documentation, Import Documentation, Documentation Practices
