    Job Description: Arcitech is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist

    to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience through innovative social

    media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing

    various social media platforms to grow engagement, brand awareness, and drive

    business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

     Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our

    brand visibility and online presence.

     Manage and oversee social media content across all platforms, including

    Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , and YouTube.

     Measure the success of every social media campaign and use analytics tools to

    gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and understand the audience.

     Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

     Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and

    appealing.

     Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure

    brand consistency.

     Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong

    network.

     Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy.

     Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media

    posts and developing discussions.

     Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

    Required Skills:

     Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or Social Media Manager

    with a minimum of three years in the field.

     Solid understanding of content management, creative writing, and SEO.

     Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram, Google+, and

    other social media best practices.

     Experience with doing audience research and using social media marketing tools.

     Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

     Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.

     Familiarity with web design and publishing.

     BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
