    Job and Responsibilities:

    Communication and Strategy Support:

    • Collaborate with the Marketing lead and India leadership team to support in strategizing comprehensive communication objectives that meet A&Ms high growth trajectory.
    • Align with the Marketing lead on making presentations that support and distil success factors /learnings to achieve identified and agreed marketing objectives and ways in which the team can deliver exceptional results, consistently.

    Public Relations:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships through the agency with key media outlets, financial journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage and effectively manage media inquiries.
    • Support the leadership in planning and conducting relationship meetings, media stories and narratives to position the brand in positive light.
    • Identify any crisis issues that may appear and develop proactive plans to safeguard the company's reputation during challenging situations and regulatory issues.
    • Produce high-quality, engaging content for press releases, thought leadership articles for media promotion with support from the agency and internal team.
    • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and online conversations related to A&M, providing valuable insights and analytics to guide future communication strategies.

    Events: Coordinate and support communication efforts for corporate events, seminars, webinars, and conferences, elevating A&Ms industry thought leadership in external marketplace.

    External Events of A&M

    • Coordinate and manage end to end planning and execution of A&M events which will need a lot of strategic thinking.
    • Drafting and running with all communication pre-event and post event.
    • Coordination on the actual day of event and ensuring the initiative is executed seamlessly.

    Internal Events of A&M

    • Putting together a plan for communication based on HR/admin plans.
    • Drafting and putting out mailers, event agenda mails, etc.
    • Write scripts for the event as needed.
    • Work with the marketing lead on branding collaterals and executing them to finish.

    Internal Communication Support

    • Drafting newsletters, alumni spotlight features, diversity and inclusion communiques, planning initiatives along with HR and marketing.
    • Working with marketing lead on creating leadership communications/presentations as needed for any internal messaging as needed.

    Ideal Candidate:

    Prefer someone prior experience from media/PR agency/consulting.

    Looking for someone with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience.

    Go getter, multi-tasker ready to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

    Great communication and stakeholder management skills; proven track record of managing tight deadlines effectively.
