TCS Mumbai Hiring for Foreign Language Specialist

Role:
Foreign Language Specialist (Polish/Danish/Norwegian/Swedish)

Work Location:
Mumbai

Shift: 24*7 flexible, night, rotational shift timings as per business need.
Education Qualification - Secondary school graduate or higher education student/graduate, intermediate level of a specific set of languages.

Desired Experience Range: 2-8 Years

Job Description:
Intermediate level of required language skills in

Polish/Danish/Norwegian/Swedish , written and spoken (B1-B2).

Ability to improve language skills by 1 level based on Common European Framework Reference (CEFR) in 6 to 12 month.

Responding to customer requests and contacting customers by e-mail and/or phone based on language skills about card and customer account maintenance, advising about company campaigns, answering general company and its products-related questions, taking complaints and cash claims, issue registration and resolution in SNOW.

Eager to learn product, process knowledge and improve language skills, making the effort, flexible and open for new tasks.
Completes tasks independently, in good quality and within the given timeframe, complying with deadlines.
Ability to learn quickly, task and system understanding.
Ability to switch between different tasks rapidly.
Computer literate.
