Responsibilities:

• Support senior mechanics in executing scheduled maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment such as engines, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
  
• Carry out regular inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  
• Aid in diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols for a secure working environment.
  
• Maintain precise records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.
  
• Participate in emergency response drills and procedures when necessary.
  
• Follow company policies and regulations diligently.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
  
• Demonstrated experience as a mechanic, preferably in an offshore or marine setting.
  
• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Collaborative team player with the ability to follow instructions from senior staff.
  
• Keen attention to detail and strict adherence to safety procedures.
  
• Ready to work in remote offshore locations on a rotational basis.
  
• Preferably hold valid offshore survival and medical certifications.
  
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance software systems are beneficial.
