    Description

    Job Title:
    Service Boy (Food and Beverage)


    Job Summary:
    As a Service Boy at our trampoline park, you will be responsible for providing
    exceptional customer service by serving food and non-alcoholic drinks to customers, taking
    orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This position is full-time and salaried.


    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and guide them to their designated seating areas.
    • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring to note any special requests or
    dietary restrictions.

    • Deliver orders to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
    • Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and promotions when requested.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints in a
    professional manner.

    • Clear tables and reset them for new guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the
    dining area.

    • Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and communicate any
    shortages or discrepancies to management.

    • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of
    customers and colleagues.

    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
    • Assist in other areas of the trampoline park as needed, including but not limited to cashier
    duties, cleaning tasks, and event support.

    Requirements



    • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
    customers and colleagues.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the
    trampoline park's operating hours.

    • Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift items
    • Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a teamoriented work environment.
    • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in [your location].
