Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology, along with a strong commitment to nurturing the individual development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implementing the Montessori curriculum in accordance with the school's guidelines and philosophy.

· Creating a prepared environment that fosters independence, creativity, and a love for learning.

· Observing and assessing each child's progress and development, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.

· Providing a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where children feel safe, respected, and valued.

· Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support the overall growth and well-being of each child.

· Maintaining accurate records of each child's development and academic progress.

· Taking full responsibility for the Montessori program at the school, starting from scratch, and having complete control over its implementation.

· Ensuring that teaching practices align with the guidelines set forth by the National Curriculum Framework (NCF).

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

· Montessori certification from a recognized training center.

· Previous experience working as a Montessori Teacher preferred.

· Strong understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.

· Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
