    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head Of Investigations, Payments Services COE GSC.

    Requirements

    What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Relevant management experience across any related business or function
  • Payment Services/Investigations experience.
  • The jobholder must be familiar with the global financial services environment, as well as current and emerging operations best practice.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to analyse and report functional data across multiple data elements/streams
  • Strong relationship management and program / transformational change management skills
  • Experience of leading and working with virtual teams
  • Sound understanding of DBS priorities and capability to collaborate effectively with the business
  • Delivery focus under aggressive timeframes.
  • Communication, presentation and influencing skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group.
  • Planning and organizing skills with a commercial mindset of understanding management of financial drivers within Operations
  • Proven abilities in working across cultures and in a complex global environment.
  • The jobholder would not be subject to close supervision and will be expected to exercise initiative and judgment in proactively overcoming obstacles to success.
  • A self-starter capable of working both strategically and tactically towards goals
  • Given the role is part of a global team, the jobholder is required to adopt a flexible approach in terms of work location and working hours, with travel where required at times.
