    About the Company

    We at RentoMojo were born from the minds of IITM alumni and experienced entrepreneurs who roamed through various cities in India during their initial corporate journey. They got fed up with the challenges of shifting from one place to another and the struggle of finding the right set of home essentials that matched their lifestyle.
    RentoMojo focuses on meeting the needs of working professionals by offering furniture and appliances on a rental basis, bridging the gap left by the lack of furnished rental accommodations. This approach provides more flexibility compared to owning costly furniture and appliances.
    At present, we have a subscriber base with an average rental duration of 12-14 months. The current market size, according to a recent report by Grant Thornton, stands at an estimated US$ 4.1 Billion and is projected to reach US$ 13 Billion by 2025.
    With a team of 1000 people, our company is operational in 16 cities across India. Looking back, RentoMojo not only created a new lease market that was previously non-existent for consumers but also emerged as a frontrunner in the consumer rental industry. Contrary to the usual trend, our unique approach is now being emulated in the US and UK. Since October 2021, we have been consistently profitable at a monthly PAT basis.

    REPORTS TO: Performance Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities and Ownership: (Key points of the role)
    • Retention Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement holistic customer retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance customer loyalty.
    • Push Notification Management: Create and execute impactful push notification campaigns to interact with and re-engage customers. Evaluate push notification metrics to improve user engagement and retention rates.
    • In-App Ads Management: Devise and launch in-app advertising initiatives to bolster retention and upsell opportunities. Monitor ad effectiveness and adjust strategies to elevate user satisfaction and allegiance.
    • Campaign Planning: Design and implement targeted retention campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring a synchronized and cohesive approach. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling and personalized campaigns.
    • Customer Data Analysis: Utilize customer data analysis tools to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors. Use insights to steer data-informed decision-making in refining and optimizing retention strategies.
    • Segmentation and Personalization: Implement customer segmentation tactics for personalized communication and offers. Continuously enhance segmentation based on customer actions and feedback.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Your prior accomplishments are of utmost importance to us. Additionally, we seek candidates who possess:

    Must-haves
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Experience in managing and optimizing CRM campaigns using tools like Moengage and/or Clevertap.
    • Technical proficiency in event setup and configuring automated personalized campaigns.
    • Proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push Notification, and SMS platforms.
    • CLM planning expertise and funnel optimization skills.
    • Experience in retention and repeat marketing strategies.
    • Competency in data analytics and interpretation.

    Good-to-haves
    • Experience in performance marketing and overseeing campaigns on Google & Meta ads.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to create and optimize engaging copy.
    • Background in site merchandising and product marketing.
    • Knowledge in discounting strategies and category operations.
