    We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Bangalore.

    Requirements:

    • Helpdesk Associate at Grade-4 position in Service Desk
    • Must hold a degree
    • Strong communication skills with over 6 months of experience in international client communication
    • Proficient in comprehension and writing
    • Ability to handle customers effectively
    • Willingness to work flexible shifts around the clock with 24x7 support
    • Availability to work from the office all weekdays
    • Capability to work in a Secure Office Designated Center without a mobile phone

    Job description:

    • Offering level 1 technical support in tasks related to recognizing, prioritizing, and solving reported issues via Phone, Email & Chat
    • Generally, at the associate level, you will play a supporting role by bridging the gap between clients and different departments within the Client Infrastructure.

    Strong troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office & COTS applications, etc.
