Description of the product/team: In this role you'll be a part of the measurement team within the Digital Enablement organization. The measurement team is actively working on building new and exciting products and capabilities – one of which is our data collaboration capabilities for healthcare marketers. This role will focus on helping build out these data collaboration capabilities working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams. Someone in this role should have a strong understanding of product development both from a technical and business perspective.
Day to Day: The day to day can vary in this role, but some of the more important responsibilities and tasks to undertake can be the following, however it won't be limited to only these:
Product roadmap development: Develop and maintain product roadmap, which would bring to life the business value of the product. Sprint planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings and help define what the main priorities should be for the team in the short/medium/long term. Backlog management: Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring that it is up to date with major user stories, bug fixes and other necessary items. This will involve refining and clarifying requirements for the development team. Stakeholder communication: Regular communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, receive feedback and communicate updates as appropriate. Product Analysis: Running analysis on product features/usage to better understand areas of improvement and growth.
