    As an Business Analyst, you will apply your deep expertise in IBM OpenPages or any other GRC platform to define, design and implement solutions based on business requirements.

    You will listen to customer requirements and use best practice to ensure optimal solutions are delivered.
    Responsibilities
    Your primary responsibilities in this role are (not limited to):
    To analyze, document and propose solutions for business areas and prepare functional specifications.
    Collecting, understanding and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specification
    Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering area of improvements, and developing and implementing solutions
    Create user stories in JIRA for the development team
    Performing user acceptance testing
    Create test scripts, coordinate/manage UAT till the sign off is received from the business
    Coordinate with business and development team
    Deliver product demos, conduct training to users

    Qualifications we seek in you
    years of experience in business analysis or a related field
    Experience in IBM Open Pages GRM Platform
    Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill
    Proficient in JIRA and Microsoft applications (Visio, excel, word, ppt)
    Excellent in communication, documentation and time management skill
    The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment
    Be proactive and not afraid of new challenges
