    Assistant Manager Human Resources - Bhilai, India - Right Advisors Private Limited

    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Must have 3 experiences in Labour Compliance, Factory compliance and HR Audits.
    • CTC upto 6 LPA
    • Design, plan, and implement human resources programs, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.
    • Oversee all necessary paperwork in relation to Factory Act CLRA, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, and workers' compensation claims to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Conduct initial reporting, accident investigations, communication of work restrictions, claim adjuster correspondence, and analysis for settlements.
    • Facilitate disciplinary processes, ensuring all paperwork is complete and in compliance with company requirements.
    • Oversee performance management processes and assist in salary planning to support employee development and retention.
    • Develop and revise labor policies, handle grievance procedures, and manage dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees, or government agencies.
    • Manage and oversee the accurate and timely processing of attendance, overtime, and payroll for all plant employees, including wage calculations, deductions, and direct deposits.
    • Ensure compliance with state and local payroll tax regulations, including the timely filing of payroll taxes
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile attendance, overtime, and payroll and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and provide support for payroll-related matters.
    • Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure that the plant's processes remain compliant.
    • Prepare and submit payroll, statutory, and cost reports as required by management and regulatory agencies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR compliance programs and initiatives to ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Work with HR and legal teams to investigate and address any compliance issues or concerns that arise within the plant.
