    Description
    Responsibilities

    :


    Understand Various business data and Develop Analytics insights which converts the raw data into meaningful business insights to enable the VE/CE COE team to meet the current year goal & create pipeline for next year.

    Design, implement and maintain common best practices.
    Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies through analytic insights & automation.
    Data analysis and reportingWork closely with stakeholders to understand business. Understand the raw data, data anomaly, analyze data and create BI dashboards to give meaningful insights and interpretation.
    Keep exploring latest trends, tools and best practices.

    HTSIND2022YOU MUST HAVE:

    Engineering degree (Bachelor /Master)5+ years' Experience in Analytics, Data modeling, database Management system, reporting & visualizations.
    Solid knowledge of advanced Excel and SQL; Knowledge on business intelligence tools (. PBI/Tableau)Any ETL tool (SSIS preferred) hands on experience.

    Experience in an industrial environment of large global organizationExceptional Change management, Process, Data, organizational and Analytics SkillsBroad knowledge of multiple processes and systemsExperience in Hardware as well as SoftwareDFSS Green BeltWE VALUE:

    Capacity to drive change and common process, standards, tools, metrics, and organization capabilities across the businesses globally.
    Effective change agent constantly challenging conventional thinking.
    Extensive collaborative work with partners enabling teams to exceed expectations on work delivery and timelines.
