    EY's Brand, Marketing and Communications function is on a journey to grow and improve world-class marketing and communication technology stack across all member firms worldwide. In a multi-year transformation program, we are making significant investments in technology.

    The BMC Technology Delivery Leader reports to the BMC Technology Enablement Leader and is responsible for leading the strategic execution of the BMC technology roadmap and the delivery of innovation and change to the BMC Technology portfolio – with rigor and execution excellence. The BMC Tech Delivery Leader works closely with all leaders across BMC and their teams to ensure the successful delivery of our BMC technology roadmap. They have a key role in ensuring collaboration and synchronisation between the Product management teams and EY Technology

    Your key responsibilities

    • In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic execution of the BMC technology roadmap and the delivery of innovation and change to the BMC Tech portfolio. This will include establishing and managing best in class project teams across multiple pillars of BMC. The role will entail:
    • Driving cohesion and alignment across all delivery teams and vendor to achieve quality deliverables within budget and in time - in line with leadership expectations and to deliver on BMC strategy
    • Prioritizing across a portfolio of projects to ensure delivery excellence
    • Leading projects across a complex stakeholder group to deliver optimal solutions while managing resource constraints and prioritization
    • Holding the teams to the highest standards in terms of rigour, project discipline and responsibility while ensuring everyone's behaviour embodies EY values

    Skills and attributes for success

    • Exceptional large program management capability honed in complex organizations, working with mixed business, technology and vendor teams
    • Understanding and knowledge of Marketing and Communications Technology solutions in large organizations
    • Proven ability to balance day to day delivery needs, whilst embracing the ongoing innovation potential of new tools and technologies
    • Comfortable working in a matrixed organisation with excellent communication and networking skills - able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholders
    • Solution focused with a high level of persistence to overcome resistance and obstacles
    • Strong influencing skills to build a compelling case for change and gain acceptance of product or service
    • Leadership skills to successfully lead large, diverse and virtual teams, and in some cases, without formal authority
    • Driving operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, acts as a gatekeeper for quality
    • Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global and regional level

    To qualify for the role, you must have

    • Excellent project management skills ideally SAFE certified or similar
    • Strong change management experience
    • Experience working across global teams, leveraging offshore and vendor resources

    Ideally, you'll also have

    • Visionary/ innovative and strategic thinker whilst maintaining focus on details
    • A network outside EY to get fresh ideas
