About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for job openings

2. Coordinate interview schedules and communication with applicants

3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation

4. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases

5. Help with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents

6. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities

7. Participate in special HR projects, conducting research and contributing to implementation efforts
