  • Drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • To achieve given gross profit targets.
  • Managing working capital & inventory turns.

    • Consumer and Market In sighting

  • Understanding of Consumer Profiles, impact of buying behaviors on elements of channel strategy
  • Market research tools, tactics, principles and practices, understanding of competitor and industry dynamics.

    • Merchandising Grid Management

  • Creating and managing product range in line with brand marketing strategy, brand identity and consumer and product segments - translate that into GTM plan
  • Managing product grid/ product portfolio through understanding of customer choice, fashion trends and competitor products in the market - reviewing merchandise performance
  • Choosing product/range which has correct combination of colors, patterns, styles and trims and suiting the aesthetic sense of consumers
  • Merchandise Performance Reviews
  • Production follow up and Closures with Sourcing
  • Product quality improvement

    • Stake Holder Management

  • With Design on range creation, fabric consolidation, booking sheets/buy grid creation
  • With Sourcing on production approvals, follow ups, Costing
  • With Technical on Sample approvals/Fabric approvals
  • With Demand on BCDS release to Sourcing
  • With Finance on PCMRP approvals

    • People Development & Leadership

  • Review Self performance
  • Developing self with new initiatives/projects
