Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential clients through various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp API and WhatsApp).

• Understand customer needs and align services to address their requirements.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Provide ongoing support and be a point of contact for client inquiries.

• Utilise CRM software to manage and qualify leads.

• Assess the viability of potential clients and prioritise leads for follow-up.

• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

• Utilise CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

• Meeting weekly sales target diligently and meeting & exceeding such targets.

• Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.

• Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

• 2 or more year experience in Customer Service, Sales or Client Services / Interactions

• Good Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and

• Good proficiency with Computer Literacy

Skills Requirement

• Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability and good problem solving skills

• Previous working experience with spreadsheets, data entry, customer service calls is an added advantage in your onboarding

• Open to adapt to organisational changes

• Open to adapt to cross-departmental shuffling if found suitable for other profile in same organisation

Salary: Around 25-38K (depending on your experience)

Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time & Work from Office

Timings: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Mon-Sat)
