    A Day in the Role
    • Provide technical support and solutions to Medtronic Manufacturing sites.
    • Ensure high levels of service quality for various applications and systems.
    • Manage technical escalation support for manufacturing applications.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee a multi-platform Service Delivery team.
    • Establish and meet Service Level Agreements with stakeholders.
    • Track and develop ServiceDesk metrics.
    • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth service operations.
    • Review technical documentation and processes.
    • Manage Major Incidents and post-incident reviews.
    • Drive continuous improvement using ITIL best practices.
    • Support end-users with training requirements and projects.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 4+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
    Required Skills:
    • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Applications.
    • Experience with Managed Service Delivery for Manufacturing Applications.
    • Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Applications.
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Customer-focused and adaptable to changing needs.
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
    • ITIL certification.
