    As a Retail Fashion Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and personalized shopping experience for customers in the fashion retail industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement:
    Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
    Actively engage with customers to understand their fashion preferences, needs, and occasion requirements.


    Product Knowledge:
    Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, styles, and product offerings in the store.
    Provide detailed information about clothing items, accessories, and complementary products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.


    Personal Styling:
    Offer personalized styling advice based on individual body types, preferences, and fashion trends.
    Create complete looks by suggesting coordinated outfits and accessories.


    Sales and Upselling:
    Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and encouraging add-on purchases.
    Upsell by introducing customers to new arrivals, promotions, and exclusive items.


    Customer Service:
    Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution.


    Inventory Management:
    Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
    Assist in regular stock checks and participate in inventory management activities.

    Team Collaboration:
    Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and positive work environment.
    Share insights, trends, and customer feedback to contribute to the overall success of the store.

    Working Conditions:
    This role involves standing for extended periods, occasional lifting of merchandise, and working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
