    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Drafter/Prosecutor at Chandigarh University located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

    The Patent Drafter/Prosecutor will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent search and analysis, preparing legal opinions, and providing technical expertise in patent prosecution matters.


    Domains:

    • CSE/ECE/Electrical/ Biomedical/ Pharmacy/Chemical/ Biotechnology/ Automobile/ Robotics & Automation
    QualificationsMust have experience in Patent Drafting, FER-SER Response and oral hearing Submission.
    Experience of 8-15 number of Patent oral hearings and related document Submission.
    Strong knowledge of patent law, regulations, Patent Forms and Fees.
    Registration as a Patent Agent is a MandatoryExcellent technical writing skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and in a teamGood communication and presentation skillsBachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field
