    # IT Service Manager Exp – 7- 12 yrs and above Location: #Bangalore Notice period: Immediate joiners are preferred Package: Based on the market Interested can drop your resume Summary As an IT Service Manager, you will manage services in the Source to Pay and Financial Plan to Report process area, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business requirements and customer expectations in terms of quality and cost; Manage the delivery of contracted IT Services Manage internal and external stakeholders Set up, maintain, and monitor SLA's and KPIs.


    Contract negotiations and supplier management Service review meetings, identifying opportunities and drive continuous service improvement Other important parts of your job are: Managed the financial and operational costs and budgets.

    Coordinate enhancement and change management.

    Supporting the IT demands, projects and set up new service offerings.


    Furthermore, engage in IT collaboration across business areas and Group IT to identify synergies and maintain the value of IT.

    Some travel is a natural part of this job.


    Your profile We are looking for someone with a degree in IT, or equivalent experience within a relevant function, and a background working in a global matrix organization.


    You have at least five (2) years' experience in IT services or operations or as IT business strategy development and its impact on IT.


    To be successful in this role you need: Sense of ownership and proactive approach Critical thinking and effective at prioritizing Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
