    About the Company:
    Zepto is a rapidly growing startup on a mission to deliver groceries to your doorstep within 10 minutes. We achieve this by strategically expanding our network of dark stores in various locations across the country. Currently operational in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad, we are scaling up our services to cater to more customers in India. Backed by significant investments from both Indian and Global investors such as Y Combinator, Nexus Venture Partners, and Glade Brook, we take pride in having a talented team comprising Senior Executives from renowned companies like Uber, Flipkart, and Dream11, as well as graduates from esteemed institutions like Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, and IIT.

    Position Overview:
    As the Product Manager for the Loyalty Program at Zepto, you will have a crucial role in defining the future of our loyalty program, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve the program's value proposition, boost member participation, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the creation and implementation of the loyalty program roadmap, which includes introducing new features and initiatives to elevate member engagement and retention.
    • Work closely with various teams such as marketing, engineering, design, and customer support to outline requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional experiences for loyalty program members.
    • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to discover opportunities for enhancing our loyalty program and providing exceptional value to our members.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the loyalty program, focusing on aspects like member acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
    • Collaborate with data analysts to assess program performance metrics, identify trends, and extract valuable insights to support decision-making and drive continuous enhancements.
    • Devise and execute marketing and communication strategies to raise awareness about the loyalty program, drive member enrollment, and stimulate member engagement.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to loyalty program management to foster innovation and sustain a competitive position in the market.
