    Job Description

    Seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect with 1 to 3 years of experience to drive the architectural vision and develop sophisticated system designs for Palantir's engineering and business solutions. This role involves setting strategic directions for addressing customer business challenges, engaging in technical outreach efforts, guiding deployment teams to ensure secure implementations in customer environments, designing sustainable solution architectures, and staying aligned with essential government regulations.

    As an advisor to product development teams, you will ensure that solutions meet current and future requirements, operate effectively in diverse deployment environments, and integrate Palantir and third-party components seamlessly to meet end user needs and stringent security standards.

    Success in this position requires deep technical proficiency in Palantir's products, understanding of customer governance processes and security obligations, and the ability to demonstrate compliance through product demos, presentations, and documentation. You will work both independently and collaboratively with product development and deployment teams to design comprehensive solutions in complex technical landscapes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and architect technical solutions for complex problems considering security, networking, availability, and time constraints.
    • Engage directly with customers as a trusted expert on the architecture and security of Palantir's offerings.
    • Advise on product roadmaps to ensure compliance with current requirements and future trends.
    • Develop efficient solutions by analyzing data assets and leveraging expertise in various Palantir components.
    • Document solutions and architectures clearly.

    Specific Duties

    • Develop and support data pipelines for generating data assets.
    • Manage data pipelines for data curation, parsing, cleaning, and transformation.
    • Work with data processing fundamentals and methodologies, including data lineage and ETL processes.
    • Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to implement projects using agile methodology.
    • Utilize database management systems, object-oriented programming, and various programming languages.
    • Analyze workflows and user data needs, design and implement performance dashboards, and create automated reports.
    • Build applications to manipulate data using SQL, Python scripts, and maintain data quality.
    • Design end-to-end data solutions and work with big data processing frameworks like Apache Spark.
    • Create workflow charts, diagrams, and document data pipeline processes.
    • Explore new technologies and platforms, conduct tests and deploy solutions based on requirements.

    Additional Skills

    • Understanding of public cloud solutions and architectures (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP).
    • Knowledge of large-scale production software systems and related technologies.
    • Experience with information security fundamentals, software development lifecycles, and networking protocols.
    • Problem-solving aptitude, strong client interaction skills, and an eagerness to tackle technical challenges.
    • Organized, analytical, detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in organizational transformations.
