    1. Arriving and implementing strategies to increase market share, profit, customer satisfaction and team motivation.

    • Responsible for creation, execution of sales plan and revenue target in alignment with business objectives.
    • Maintain long term relationship with customers to generate additional revenue for the organization
    • Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry to map potential customers and generate leads/ new
    opportunities.

    • Work in coordination with Pricing/ Presales team to provide best possible quote to clients as well as secure good
    margin for the company too.

    • Ability to understand customer need and identify market challenges and risks.
    • Strong concept selling experience preferably Software Product.
    • Strong comprehending ability to convert loosely held conversation into business deals.
    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience in selling SaaS products or GPS devices to transporters / logistics providers
    • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
    • Proven experience as Area Sales Manager or similar leadership role
    • Minimum 4 years of experience B2B sales.
    • Excellent communicator, well networked and street-smart individual.
    • Ability to lead & motivate a high-performance sales team
    • Good in presentation, analytical skills, persuasion skills and hands on experience in dealing with difficult
    • clients and salvage complex situation.
    • Innovative, generating original solutions and lots of ideas.
    • Strong understanding of Logistic / Transport Industry Vertical
    • Strong understanding of local and regional market demands and needs.
    • Strong ability to understand product pricing and negotiation skill internally and externally.
