    JOB TITLE: Buyer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
    • Experience with ERP SAP is a plus.
    • Experience in O&M Material Procurement/MRO Buying, especially in Plant Operations for Oil & Gas/Mining/Power/Cement sectors.
    • Identify vendors through product research and market analysis.
    • Manage Inquiry Bidders' List (IBL).
    • Review Inquiry/Material Requisitions (IR, MR) for accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare RFQ's, send to vendors, and coordinate clarifications with the engineering team.
    • Manage commercial bid tabulation.
    • Issue Purchase Orders and handle vendor payment matters.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5-7 years of experience in O&M Material Procurement/MRO Buying, particularly in Plant Operations for Oil & Gas/Mining/Power/Cement sectors.
    • Immediate to 45 Days notice period preferred.
    • Salary Range: INR 7 - 9 LPA
