    Description

    Assistant Manager- Talent & Culture

    This role involves providing administrative support to colleagues in the Talent & Culture department to ensure the smooth and precise execution of various initiatives and projects.

    • Handle day-to-day Talent & Culture administrative tasks accurately and promptly
    • Conduct regular audits of candidate files
    • Organize new ambassador's personal files, including all required forms and documents
    • Manage the entire process of Pre-Employment Medicals/Food Handlers renewal tests and report administration
    • Review and renew health and safety policies such as ESIC, Group Medical Coverage, Group Personal Accident, and Group Term Life Insurance
    • Support employees in the claims process related to ESIC and insurance policies
    • Assist new hires with mandatory documentation completion during onboarding
    • Ensure background checks and medical check-ups for new employees are completed on time and documented properly
    • Compose various letters and communications for employees
    • Create and release the monthly employee newsletter in a creative manner
    • Plan and execute engagement activities and corporate social responsibility initiatives
    • Track annual and probationary performance appraisals for all employees
    • Foster positive relationships with internal departments and external contacts
    Qualifications
    • MBA in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management
    • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a similar role
    • Self-motivated individual with a proactive and positive attitude towards change
    • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
