Mechanical / Production Engineering with 4-8 years of Exprience in Grinding Area
Additional Information- Basics of CNC Programming on Fanuc and Siemens controller
(Must)- Knowledge of Machine & Process capability and SPC. (Must)- Experience in Grinding processes
(Must)- Experience in developing & implementing I 4.0 concepts- Basic knowledge of various problem solving tools like 8D, PSS, Shianin, DOE, etc.- Experience with Low cost automation- Experience of Machine commisioning (Must)- Data analytics skills ( Excel, Power BI)- good working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems- POKA YOKE identification and implementation to eliminate customer complaints
