Quality Assurance Manager FootwearThe ideal candidate will be from Footwear industry, a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standardsIdentify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive actionPerform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findingsBuild a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluationsSupport Pattern Making and Sample developments.

Fair knowledge of Leather selection/cutting & sewing process.
Have some production or quality control related experience with Safety products/retails products i.
E. Gloves/Shoes/ etc.
Ensure zero rejection for product quality concernsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Leather or Footwear technology7+ years' relevant work experienceTeam handlingHighly organized with excellent attention to detail
