    Description

    Quant Analyst/Content Summary:

    We are in the process of expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic individual who brings their existing expertise to our expanding suite of products & services in the Content and Research department.

    What we're looking for:

    We're seeking a content creator who is not only passionate about crafting engaging content but also adept at simplifying complex concepts for easy understanding. Understanding the financial markets, statistics, algorithmic trading, trading strategies, and machine learning is crucial, and the ideal candidate can explain these topics without resorting to jargon.

    Content Creation:

    Experience in technical content creation on financial markets is essential.

    They will plan topics, revamp existing content, backtest quant trading strategies such as momentum, mean-reversion, machine learning, sentiment based and technical analysis.

    Affiliate Partnership Integration:

    In addition to content creation, the ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate partnership management.

    They will identify opportunities to collaborate with affiliate networks, influencers, and partners to expand our reach.

    This includes negotiating agreements and tracking performance metrics to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

    Key Creation:

    Create educational content, including articles, course content on algorithmic trading strategy development, backtesting, and live trading execution.

    - Communicate complex concepts and insights in a clear and engaging manner

    Strategy Development & Backtesting:

    - Develop algorithmic trading strategies based on quantitative analysis

    - Conduct backtesting using historical data to validate and optimize trading algorithms for robustness and performance.

    - Implement best practices for strategy development, including risk management and parameter optimization.

    Affiliate Partnerships:

    - Forge partnerships with affiliate networks and influencers to boost brand exposure and traffic

    - Manage affiliate agreements/MoU

    - Design and manage affiliate commission structures

    - Analyze affiliate performance

    - Maintain strong relationships and provide resources for partners' needs.

    Backlinks & Collaboration:

    - Secure quality backlinks and collaborate with authors for content promotion

    - Monitor and enhance backlink profiles for SEO benefits

    Workshops & Speakers:

    - Plan workshops, webinars, and events

    - Reachouts to industry experts as Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Computer or IT, or Commerce or finance background)

    - 4+ years' experience in digital content strategy and tactics including content creation, editing, and analytics

    Skill - Successful experience leading a team in a project driven environment.

    Editing - Proven editorial skills including strong language skills and the ability to adjust content to remain consistent with brand, style and tone.
