    Description

    POSITION: Lead Business Analyst


    We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders in identifying and resolving multi-system business challenges within Mindtickle business processes. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by tackling complex issues and enhancing outcomes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Provide leadership and mentorship to Business Analysts
    - Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee end-to-end procurement of tools, conduct Fit-Gap analysis
    - Define and scrutinize business processes, validate requirements, and offer insights on best practices
    - Develop BPMN diagrams for business processes
    - Create Requirement Traceability Matrix
    - Conduct cost-benefit analysis to generate a business benefit matrix and steer business strategies
    - Serve as a process expert for Lead to Quote Process


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    - Tier 1 MBA
    - 2+ years of relevant experience in CEO's office/GTM/Consulting
    - Familiarity with business analysis frameworks
    - Proficiency in Application implementation life cycle
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Gartner Inc, Capterra, LeadiQ, Zoominfo is a plus.
