JobOverview:

We are seeking aTelcaller Responsible for customer engagement via phone handlinginquiries and providing assistance. Proficient in English andKonkani with basic to intermediate computer skills.

JobResponsibilities:

Conductoutbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to theapplication services and discuss their needs.
Identify and qualify sales leads throughproactive prospecting and cold calling.
Present product information features andbenefits to potential customers in a compelling and persuasivemanner.
Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships andmaximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate withthe sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performancemetrics on a consistent basis.
Keep accuraterecords of sales activities customer interactions and followupactions.
Stay informed about industry trendsmarket developments and competitor offerings to effectivelyposition our products and services.
Manage theback end Panel of the App to track services booked and follow upwith services booked vendors andcustomers
Review the new vendor registration onthe backend panel and if required edit vendor profiles on thepanel

JobRequirements:

Highschool/Diploma or any graduate.
Freshers canapply Preferably Female candidates.
Excellentcommunication skills and fluency in English and Konkani.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
