    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handling manufacturing and engineering requirements for clients based in the US.
    • Preferred experience with Tier 1/Prime vendors.
    • At least 0.6-year experience in US staffing.
    • Analyzing requirements to understand clients' IT resource needs and providing qualified candidates/consultants with minimal turnaround time.
    • Sourcing and screening candidates from various sources like the internal company database, resume/job portals, and professional networking.
    • Editing and formatting resumes to ensure consistency and giving them a visually appealing and technically perfect presentation to clients.

    Requirement:

    • Must have good negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working on W2 roles (IT Non-IT) is essential.
    • Should be confident, self-motivated, and have a go-getter attitude.
    • Good communication skills are a must.
    • Must have a good understanding of technology.
    • Willingness to work in US timings (Night Shift) from Monday to Friday.
