    About the business:

    The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2300 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub.. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy's units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

    Your Responsibaliies:

    • Configuration/ Modelling of CPQ tool.
    • Data migration from existing tools to the CPQ tool.
    • Create test plan for CPQ tool.
    • Testing of CPQ tool and ensure tool is stable prior to production release.
    • Train CPQ users (entire tool or on new feature updates).
    • Create training documents/ videos to train CPQ users.
    • Act as administrator for CPQ tool(s).

    Background:

    • Bachelors in Degree.
    • Must have 4-6 years of experience.
    • Configuration/ Modelling of SFDC, Apttus or Conga
    • Experience in data migration (large data)
    • Testing of software tools like SFDC, Apttus or Conga (minimum 2 years of experience).
    • Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
    • Highly Proficient in Microsoft office Excel.
    • Intermediate level in SharePoint - Optional
    • Ability to create training videos and documentation.
    • Demonstrated skills in writing and editing.
    • Very good communication, presentation & customer handling skills
    • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
