We are looking for a Lead DecisioningArchitect who will lead and oversee the design development andimplementation of complex decisioning strategies using the PegaDecisioning platform
The Lead Decisioning Architectwill enable transformation of business requirements intodecisioning artifacts by collaborating with crossfunctional teamsleveraging data analytics and developing advanced adaptive/predictive models to guide realtime decisionmaking processes.
The Lead Decisioning Architect is expected to take aleadership role and mentor other Decisioning Architects via regularcode and design reviews.

PrincipalRESPONSIBILITIES

• Take a leadership role in Designing and architecting thePega Decisioning solutions that align with business objectivesensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
• Leads the development and implementation of decisioningstrategies that leverage machine learning predictive analytics andcomplex business rules to optimize customer interactions andbusiness outcomes.
• Leads the effort indefining configuring and optimizing complex business rules decisionlogic and decision tables within Pega Decisioning to align withbusiness requirements and compliance standards.
• Leads the development and management of adaptive andpredictive models within the Pega Decisioning platform continuallyimproving accuracy and effectiveness.
• Overseesthe integration of data from various sources including customerdata transactional data and external data providers to enabledatadriven decisionmaking
• Collaborates withbusiness stakeholders data scientists developers and other teams toensure successful implementation and continuous optimization ofdecisioning solutions
• Oversees the monitoringanalysis and finetuning of decisioning strategies to improveefficiency responsiveness and overall performance and ensuresadherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation relatedto advanced decisioning strategies models andconfigurations.

7 yearsas a Decisioning Architect or in a similar IT role with a record ofsuccessfully designing and implementing advanced decisioningsolutions using Pega or a similar platform.
