    Description
    • We areseeking a creative and skilled Pastry Master to join our team. ThePastry Master will be responsible for creating a wide range ofhighquality pastries desserts and baked goods ensuring excellencein taste and presentation.
    • Thisrole involves overseeing the pastry kitchen operations developingnew recipes and maintaining the highest standards of food qualityandhygiene.


    Requirements

    • PastryCreation: Prepare a variety of pastries desserts andbaked goods from scratch including cakes tarts cookies andspecialty items.
    • RecipeDevelopment: Innovate and develop new pastry recipes toexpand the menu keeping up with trends and customerpreferences.
    • QualityControl: Ensure all products meet our quality standardsin taste texture andpresentation.
    • InventoryManagement: Monitor ingredient inventory place orders asneeded and manage stock to minimizewaste.
    • KitchenSupervision: Oversee the daily operations of the pastrykitchen including supervising junior pastry chefs and kitchenstaff.
    • Sanitation andSafety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environmentadhering to all health and safetyregulations.
    • CustomerService: Occasionally interact with customers to gatherfeedback and make custom pastries for special orders andevents.

    Qualifications:

    • Provenexperience as a Pastry Chef or PastryMaster.
    • Culinary degree orequivalent professionaltraining.
    • Exceptional baking andpastry skills with a strong portfolio of previouswork.
    • Creative flair and a keen eyefor detail in presentation.
    • Strongleadership skills and the ability to manage ateam.
    • Excellent organizational andtimemanagement abilities.
    • Knowledgeof health and safety regulations in foodpreparation.
