    Description
    • Able to introduce andimplement right project management practices. Work closely with theproject manager to ensure about the project delivery.
    • Work with sales tocreate strategies for growing the accounts by providing necessarysuggestions.
    • Executethe right reporting structure for giving transparency to managementand clients for the projects
    • Work withthe team to ensure about the right estimation and help the saleswith justification for the estimations.
    • Interviewingthe profiles to ensure the right team member joins the team.
    • Set therequire KRAs and KPIs for delivery team and keep monitoring them onregular basis.
    • Createcareer road map for development team members and set growth mindset& culture for the team
    • Allocate the rightresources at right projects and maintain the necessary cost for theproject and development team.
    • Workwith PM for Planning andschedulingthedelivery process including defining project scope milestones andtimelines.
    • Developandimplementdeliveryplans including defining project scope milestones andtimelines.
    • Managingthe budget andresourcesofthe delivery including allocating tasks to team members andensuring that the project stays on track.
      Identifying andmanagingriskstothe delivery including developing contingency plans to mitigatepotentialissues.
    • Communicatingwithstakeholders including team members clients and other stakeholdersto ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of thedelivery.
    • Trackingprogressandmaking adjustments as needed to keep the delivery ontrack.
    • Providingguidance andmentorshiptoteam members to ensure that they have the skills and support theyneed to complete theirtasks.
    • Workingwithclientsorother stakeholders to meet their needs andexpectations.
    • Leadand Manage ateamofdevelopers QA project managers and multiple other keyprofiles.


    Requirements

    • Substantialexperience in the software industry with a deep understanding ofsoftware development life cycles andmethodologies.
    • Proven track recordof successfully managing and delivering complex projects frominitiation to completion. Extensive experience in work breakdownestimation project planning execution and riskmanagement.
    • Must be proficient invarious tools crucial for effective project management. Theseinclude project management software like Jira collaboration toolsGantt chart software or google sheet templates and communicationtools like Zoom/Teams/Googlemeet.
    • You should be skilled atestablishing rapport nurturing trust and demonstrating a genuinecommitment to clients success
    • Sincethis role is with a Ecommerce technology company it is importantthat you should be comfortable with discussions in the space ofEcommerce technologies such as Magento Shopify Microservice Node.JSAngular JS Laravel React JS.
    • Mustbe comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fastpacedmultitasking environment
    • Workingwith diverse clients and teams will require an understanding ofcultural nuances and the ability to communicate respectfully acrosscultures
    • 3years of professional experience in a delivery management and 5year of project management experience
    • Understandingof CMMI level processes will be added advantages.
    • Ceritifications in the Agileproject manangement process management will be addedadvantage.
