    Overview:

    The WeekendSales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuringexcellent customer service over the weekend. They are responsiblefor managing and leading a team of sales associates to achievesales targets and provide exceptional customerexperiences.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead and motivatethe weekend sales team to achieve salestargets
    • Monitor and analyze weekend salesperformance and strategize to maximizerevenue
    • Ensure exceptional customer service andresolve any customer escalations
    • Develop andimplement sales strategies and promotions for theweekend
    • Coordinate with the store manager toalign weekend sales activities with overall storegoals
    • Train and onboard new weekend salesassociates
    • Manage inventory and ensure productsare wellstocked and displayed
    • Conduct regularperformance evaluations and provide feedback to the salesteam
    • Stay updated on product knowledge andmarket trends
    • Collaborate with the marketingteam to create weekendspecific promotionalmaterials
    • Report weekend sales performance andprovide recommendations for improvement
    • Adhereto company policies and guidelines regarding sales and customerinteractions
    • Oversee the opening and closingprocedures of the store on weekends
    • Handle anyoperational or staffing issues that may arise during theweekend

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Proven experience insales with a focus on retail salesmanagement
    • Demonstrated ability to lead andmotivate a sales team

    • Ability to analyze salesdata and make datadriven decisions

    • Highschool diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is aplus

    • Familiarity with POS systemsand sales software
    • Prior experience in asupervisory or managerial role
