Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Genesys IVR Developer to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience

Responsibilities:

Develop the IVR code from pre-defined requirementsDevelop, maintain and support complex solution requirementsWork with Dialog modules for voice recognition, AI and authenticationParticipate in troubleshooting issues: analyzing logs and determining root causeDeal with voice and chat bots with the core voice and multimedia functionalities.

Partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and other cross-functional program team member

Qualifications2+ years relevant experience required developing applications in Genesys Composer2+ years relevant experience required using GRAT and GREExperience with Genesys PlatformEnterprise-scale IVR application development experienceKnowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST based micro-services, JAVA/J2EE.Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AIExperience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.

Experience with web services integrationExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environmentNice to have:
