    Description

    Title: Webmethods Support

    Location: Chennai, TN

    Candidate should have:

    • 2 – 3 years real hands-on experience with webMethods (knowledge of integration workflows, how jobs are built and productionized, etc.)
    • This is not a development role, but development experience is a plus where we could offer L3 experience

    L1 responsibilities:

    • Job monitoring & health checks
    • Source file/DB checks, data validation
    • Triage & executing runbook actions
    • Ticket creation for incidents and escalation based on escalation matrix provided
    • SLO monitoring and reporting

    L2 responsibilities

    • Incident management (following tickets to closure)
    • Ticket resolution and coordination with software vendors/ SREs as necessary
    • RCAs and recommendation for enhancements
    • Runbook documentation
    • Temp workaround recommendations
    • Familiarity with tools such as: Sitescope, Splunk and Dynatrace is a plus
